Is the Minister saying that he objects to the fact that we should not allow criminals? Is that what he is objecting to? I have a feeling that we are not talking about the same clause with the Minister. Is the Minister objecting to the fact that we are saying that we should be able to disqualify persons who have committed serious non-political crimes in Kenya? Is that the Minister's position?"
