    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 17 of the Bill be amended by inserting the following new paragraph:- \"(h) ensure treatment of all asylum seekers and refugees in compliance with national law.\" Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, in my experience while working in refugee camps, sometimes it is a fact that communities who come as refugees want to impose their cultures on the host country, some of which are against human rights conventions. I think what happens in the camps must comply with the Kenyan national law. That is why I am proposing this amendment."
