    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, the Bill be amended by deleting the Second Schedule. The reason for this amendment is that after consultations with the Drafting Section of the Attorney-General Chambers, I was advised that there are no international conventions which refer to our Acts of Parliament. Therefore, from a technical point of view, this convention should not be part of this Bill. For that reason, I am proposing that we delete the Second Schedule."
