As much as I appreciate the principles he is elaborating, he is referring to the issues as if they are happening today when, indeed, we are discussing matters that happened in 1998 and 1999. Is he in order to mislead the House that this is what is happening today when the Report is very clear that this happened in 1999, when my colleagues on the Opposition side were in the Government?"
