    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to ask the Minister for Environment and Natural Resources the following Question by Private Notice. (a) Is the Minister aware that Microhouse Net Limited entered into a contract with the National Environment Management Authority (NEMA) for installation and commissioning of a financial management system in December, 2005 at a contractual sum of Kshs2.9 million, but up to date an amount of Kshs2.6 million has not been paid as per the contract? (b) Is the Minister further aware that this has rendered the company financially unstable and that there is a pending proclamation of their equipment by auctioneers? 3946 (c) If the answers to (a) and (b) above are in the affirmative, when will NEMA pay the outstanding amount?"
