Really, you want us to do what we are not supposed to do. You want us to say whether the contract is honoured or not. As the Assistant Minister claims, it is not the work of this House to determine that. Surely, if that person wants to follow up this matter, he should go to court and not bring it to the Kenya National Assembly. I think you should be advised."
