"content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the shareholding was changed back in February. It is very shameful that it has taken over six months for the Government to act on that problem. I want the Assistant Minister to tell this House why the Rift Valley Water Services Board is taking too long to take action on this Nakuru Water and Sanitation Services Company. This company is holding public money and yet it is not a registered company nor a legal entity. Why is the Government pumping money into this company yet it is not even a legal entity? Could the Assistant Minister confirm to this House that the Ministry will take action and tell us when they will take that action?"
