The Sexual Offences Act, Section 48 charges the Attorney-General with implementation of this Act, in consultation with several other Ministers, who are also named in the Act. In that instance, is it not in order to ask either the Minister for Justice and Constitutional Affairs or the Minister of State for Administration and National Security to answer this Question? I do not see the reason for the delay."
