    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Government is putting up urgent measures to open up areas which have tremendous tourism potential. Within this financial year, the design review contract will be awarded and we will allocate money for the next financial year for the construction of this section of the road while waiting to get resources to do the remaining 229 kilometres to Lake Turkana. However, the construction of the Isiolo-Moyale Road is just about to commence, which is being funded by the African Development Bank (ADB). This will begin next year."
