    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the money will be used to do spot patching along the road. During the last financial year, we had allocated about Kshs6.5 million to this road, which was used for spot patching. I am not saying that the Kshs9.6 million will be enough to do the sort of 3956 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES November 28, 2006 work that we need to do on this road. We need to do a total rehabilitation of this road. The section is about 54 kilometres and we require a lot of money to rehabilitate it. Right now, we are working on a budget to see whether we can accommodate its total rehabilitation in the next financial year."
