    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, last week, I raised a concern about drainage along crossroads. Water is one of those things that mess up roads in this country. There is poor drainage along and across our roads. This particular road is one of those that has blocked culverts. The Ministry has allocated Kshs9.6 million to do patching of the same road. What about the work on culverts? Unless the drainage system is properly done, we will end up with the same problem."
