    "content": "asked the Minister of State for Administration and National Security:- (a) if he is aware that the High Court in Kisumu quashed the suspension of Mr. Tobias Ochieng Olela (PF. No.214588) from the police force and ordered his reinstatement vide HCC Msc Civil Appl No.21 of 2004; (b) if he is further aware that the court also ordered that Mr. Olela be paid applicant's costs in respect of the case amounting to Kshs146,194.80; (c) why Mr. Olela has not been reinstated and paid the applicant's costs as per the court order; and, (d) when the Government will honour the court order."
