(b) I am also aware that the court ordered payment for the applicant's costs in respect of the case amounting to Kshs146,194.80. (c) Mr. Olela has been paid the costs as per the court order vide cheque No.366724. (d) This Ministry has sought the advice of the Attorney-General on the implementation of the second part of the court ruling."
