    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 27 of the Bill be amended by deleting paragraph (b) and substituting therefor the following new paragraph- 3970 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES November 28, 2006 \"(b) any advance or credit facility exceeding such limit of its core capital as may be prescribed by the Central Bank; and\". The rationale for this amendment is, basically, seeking to remove the specific limits on lending, as provided for in the Bill, which will be set within the regulations."
