    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT Clause 30 of the Bill be amended in paragraph (b) by deleting the word \"business\" appearing in subparagraph (v) and substituting therefor the word \"institution\". This amendment, basically seeks to clarify that the disqualification of an external auditor will relate to a partner or employee of a person who performs the duties for an institution rather than business."
