    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 37 of the Bill be amended- (a) in subclause (3)- (i) by deleting the words \"with the approval of the Minister\"; (ii) by deleting the word \"business\" appearing in paragraph (c) and substituting therefor the word \"institution\"; (iii) by deleting the word \"business\" appearing in paragraph (f) and substituting therefor the word \"institution\"; (b) in subclause (4), by deleting the words \"with the approval of the Minister.\" Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, this amendment seeks to delegate the powers to the Central Bank to intervene in the management of any microfinance institution without having to seek the Minister's approval as well as to clarify that the reference is on an institution rather than on a business."
