    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to give Notice of the following Motion:- THAT, in view of the fact that the sugar mills in this country produce excessive molasses that is used in the production of ethanol and other alcohols which can be blended with petroleum to produce gasohol for propelling automobile engines; this House resolves that alcohol distilled from molasses be blended with petroleum to produce gasohol for use as automobile fuel."
