    "content": "THAT, Clause 8 of the Bill be amended by inserting the following new words at the end of sub-clause (1)- “after submitting a detailed report as set out in section 9 (2) of this Act” Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, we would like to add that a detailed report should be submitted. Basically, we want more information. Parliament needs more information. That is all we are proposing."
