    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the law is explicit on when a court order can be given for bodies to be forcefully taken away or buried. Some people prefer having the bodies kept in a hospital for three days or one week, depending on the practice of the community. Some other communities keep bodies even for a whole month. Indeed, I cannot issue that circular to order that bodies be taken from hospitals after three days. However, I will issue a circular to give instructions that relatives and guardians have the responsibility to take bodies from hospitals after the demise of patients. If there are any problems, they have the right to write and request for waiver of fees."
