    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, if we allowed the traditional attendants into our health facilities, it will negate the whole concept of the work that they do. Traditional birth attendants usually visit patients in their homes. We would like to encourage them to follow that route. Rather than them coming to our facilities, we would like to encourage them to visit pregnant women who are about to deliver in their homes. It is well known that, that is the concept of traditional birth attendants."
