    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. Sometimes I realize that, in rural areas, policemen are the ones who really initiate some of these killings. They do it with malice so that they can either do it through robbery because they want to defend or cover up a certain offence. What measures is the Assistant Minister taking to ensure that those policemen who try to cover up crimes committed by other police officers are unearthed and disciplined so that we can know the ones who are involved in crime?"
