(a) I am aware that a small section of Road E248, which is appropriately 100m long, near Kibigori Centre was badly damaged due to the heavy rains of March, 2006. (b) A total of Kshs1,356,000 from Muhoroni Constituency Roads Fund was used to improve the road. Heavy grading was done and the stretch between Kibigori and Road C34 junction was raised in order to safeguard the road against further damage."
