I sought this Ministerial Statement two and a half weeks ago, and the Assistant Minister was trying to evade the issuance of the Statement. I am not happy as I stand here. I asked the Assistant Minister to explain the circumstances under which some hooligans, especially those he refers to as the outlawed sects; the Mungiki and the Taliban --- The Assistant Minister stood here and said that they are outlawed sects. The Assistant Minister knows very well that it is the Mungiki who support his Minister; his own boss. They demonstrated in the streets---"
