    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. I beg to move that the Motion be amended as follows:- By deleting all the words appearing after the word \"Government\" in line seven, and replacing them with the following words:- \"to lay on the Table of the House the Report by the Technical Committee of Experts that has been set up to investigate and report on the extent of the implementation of this project\". Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, my reasons for moving this amendment is because the Technical Committee of Experts has already been set up and, therefore, this Motion has been somehow overtaken by events. However, the part that is left is just for the Technical Committee of Experts, through the Government, to lay the Report on the Table so that it can be accessible to all hon. Members. With those few remarks, I beg to move."
