"content": " Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, for that wise directive again. A total of Kshs2.3 billion investment in the Yala Basin is, indeed, substantive. We appreciate what the Dominion Farms Limited has done for the Nyanza people. We also appreciate the directive that the Head of State did give for this important venture to continue. I am also happy to note that the Seconder of this Motion, Mr. Were, also appreciated this move by the Head of State. There are many things that he has done for this country, that remain unacclaimed for. What he has done needs appreciation by both sides of this House."
