    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, you realise that this Government has a habit of making too many denials and excuses. We know that one of the main reasons why farmers are shifting to neighbouring countries is because of the low prices of wheat which are offered by the National Cereals and Produce Board (NCPB). Secondly, the NCPB does not pay the farmers on time. What measures is the Assistant Minister taking to ensure that prices of wheat are competitive and that the farmers are paid immediately after delivering their produce to the Board, just like in the neighbouring countries?"
