    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Assistant Minister has said that we should bring in wheat from Mauritius. Mauritius is not a wheat growing country, but those are the COMESA, rules. He has also said that Uganda has imposed a tax of 20 per cent while Kenya has imposed a tax of 35 per cent. Has the Assistant Minister consulted with his colleague in the Ministry of Finance to make sure that these rates are equalized so that we are not disadvantaged vis-a-vis Uganda and ourselves?"
