    "content": " On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I would want to point out to the Chair that the hon. Member has claimed that our Standing Orders prohibit this Committee from investigating and interrogating Ministers. On the contrary, Standing Order No.4(a) says that:- \"Committees have the mandate to inquire into and report on all matters related to management activities, administration and operations of Ministries.\" Is he in order to mislead this House that there are Standing Orders that prohibit him and his Committee from interrogating the Government?"
