    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, I am not re-opening any debate. It is mandatory that Ministries prepare and submit quarterly reports. I realise that there are a lot of Ministries which are not submitting these quarterly reports. I am appealing to the Minister to insist that these quarterly reports be sent to him, so that we able to see the performance of these Ministries. Now that every Ministry has signed a performance bond, it is important for him to demand a performance report every quarter."
