    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Government has got over 200,000 teachers and over 300,000 civil servants in the payroll, and it has no difficulty in paying these people on a monthly basis, yet there are very few pensioners. This problem keeps on recurring all the time. It was in the NARC Manifesto that they will streamline the payment of pensions to retirees. Why should there be a problem in paying somebody his pension, whereas when he was in the payroll, he was being paid on a monthly basis?"
