    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I believe that we are looking at two things here. There are people who are currently retiring, especially within the framework of the current administration. We do not have a problem. We know where they are going and the necessary documentation is being passed on. But there are those people who retired in the past and who have never submitted their paperwork. Those are the people who are saying that they have waited for five, six or ten years to actually get the paperwork. So, the first thing is that, we need the documentation to authenticate that this person retired on this date, he was on the payroll and was pensionable. These are the ones which are being processed on a fast track basis. But regarding the people who are retiring right now, we just need to migrate their information from their employer to the Pensions Department. So, I think we are looking at two time frames here. Mr. Speaker, Sir, so, anyone who retired over four years ago years is a problem that we inherited that we have to try and solve in the best way possible for the Kenyan people."
