    "content": "This is a very important subject, indeed, because it is dealing with early childhood education. The Assistant Minister has just said that there are plans to incorporate the early childhood education into primary schools by the year 2010. However, she has not stated when the teachers for Early Childhood Training Centres (ECTC) will be employed by the Government. As of now, they are employed on voluntary basis and it costs the centres a lot of money to pay them. It is, in fact, very difficult to contain them. Could the Assistant Minister, please, clarify this matter?"
