    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, discrimination of Muslims on issuance of identity cards is a serious matter. In fact, if you closely look at the KTN editor who was arrested recently, you will notice that he resembles the Assistant Minister. I do not know whether the two come from the same place. The frustration has reached a level that some Muslims have thought of adopting Christian names, so that they can get identity cards. This is a very serious matter. Could the Assistant Minister undertake to ensure that they do not tighten the rules to an extent of causing some Muslims to think along the lines I have just mentioned? This is a serious matter."
