    "content": " Hon. Members, We have got November 16, 2006 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES 3743 distinguished hon. Members who are seated in the Speaker's Row, and we would like to recognize them. They are:- Dr. Kwame Amputo from Ghana, and hon. M. Chaylor from the UK. They are accompanied by Mr. Nicholas Dunlop, the Secretary General of E-Parliament, Mr. Jesper Grolin, the Executive Director of E-Parliament, and Ms. Sally Gardan, who is the Programme Officer of E-Parliament. They are visiting our Parliament on matters relating to E- Parliament and we wish them a happy stay during their visit to Kenya. Thank you."
