    "content": "It can be extremely useful if controlled. I understand that if smoking is not controlled, it results in birth of deformed, under-weight babies and still-births. We do not want that. But its bad effects can be controlled by scientists and its useful substances used to help in population control. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to express my dismay and wonder that in this country six billion cigarettes are smoked every year. My pastor tells me that every time you smoke, the fire comes towards you. Every time you smoke a cigarette, the fire comes closer to you. That means that by the time you are through, you will have been burnt to death. With those few remarks, I support."
