    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, we have taken care of this. It was discussed in this House and the current Ministry of Education has plans to integrate ECED by 2010. Plans are underway. We are training teachers.However, it is difficult for me to be answerable for what has happened in the past 40 years. We definitely have taken action in this very needy area. I, however, agree with the hon. Member that this should have been done earlier. I would also like to add that the syllabus for the Early Childhood Education is being developed. So, whatever is being taught is co-ordinated by the centres."
