However, is she aware that in the rural areas early childhood education is at a very primitive level? Nursery schools do not get space in primary schools compound and children are taught under trees by untrained teachers. This is supposed to be the beginning of shaping a child into becoming a responsible adult.What is the Ministry doing to involve primary school teachers, who are trained, in the running of nursery schools?"
