    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I also join my colleagues in actually supporting the creation of Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology and also wish to say that Masinde Muliro did very many good things for this country but there is a part that has not been mentioned. Masinde Muliro actually participated in the expulsion of Pokots and Sabaots from Trans Nzoia District and that was not patriotism. However, we have forgiven him. He did those good things on behalf of Kenya and he also did bad things but we have forgiven him."
