The fact that the Assistant Minister is saying that cancer is on the decrease is not true. I would like to get confirmation from the Assistant Minister whether the upsurge of cancer is related to unconfirmed reports of nuclear waste that was buried in that region during the oil exploration of 1986 and 1987.
