    "content": "Saying that the Commissioners will perform their functions in accordance with Article 216, to me, is superfluous. It is already known that the Commission will have to work in accordance with Article 216. So, I wish to oppose the amendment and urge this House not to weaken this Commission. Let us allow this Commission to have the powers to perform its duties. This is the Commission that will even decide how revenue will be allocated in this country."
