    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Assistant Minister has no concept of how West Pokot looks like. I do not think he understands the difficulties which children and parents face in accessing fees. Many children in the area cannot go to school because of lack of fees. Could the Assistant Minister take it upon himself to identify the children who are on relief food and protect them from being sent home until such as time as they will not be relying on relief food because that is the issue? This will enable them to continue with their studies without being interrupted."
