    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, I beg to reply. (a) The Government has identified six provinces having squatter problems of varying degrees of severity since 2003. These provinces are Coast Province, Rift Valley, Nyanza Province, Eastern Province, Central Province and Western Province. (b) The new schemes are situated in various districts as indicated in the schedule which I will table before the House. This land belongs to the Government and some was acquired from the Agricultural Development Corporation (ADC)."
