    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I am a Member of the Finance, Planning and Trade Committee. We looked at this amendment. The Constitution clearly says that the Commissioners may be part-time or full time. This particular Commission, which is there now, is being saved by Clause 27. So, what we are saying is that since we already have an Executive Officer who is the Secretary to the Commission, the future ones should actually serve on part-time basis. Even the existing ones have the option, if they wish, of serving on part-time or full time."
