    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I did not expect the Minister to spread rumours. What he is alleging is that a company, where I am the Chairman, Spectre International, is a client of Keroche Industries. Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I would like to inform him that the molasses plant produces what is called extra neutral alcohol which Keroche cannot buy because it is very expensive. Keroche buys its products from Muhoroni Sugar Company, a Government-owned company. Keroche Industries has never bought a litre from Spectre International. Therefore, that is just a rumour. In fact, if he November 9, 2006 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES 3561 made it outside this House, I would take appropriate action against him."
