    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, the Bill be amended by deleting Clause 37. Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, we proposed that this clause be deleted because it is November 9, 2006 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES 3573 affecting constitutional offices and in our view, by deducting their allowances, this is going to have an effect of actually reducing their benefits, which in the Constitution is not prudent. It is because of this that we are proposing that this clause be deleted."
