However, I think he left hanging in the air the fact that once this money is collected, and has gone to the Consolidated Fund, there is absolutely no guarantee that all of it will go to the KSB and what percentage will be given out. Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, as per now, all of it goes to the Kenya Sugar Board. We can couch this amendment to capture that; that, all the SDL that goes to the Consolidated Fund will find its way to the KSB. That way, we will be satisfied."
