    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I also want to reiterate that we would, really, want to pass into law, matters that affect the people of this country positively. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, therefore, I would like to ask the Minister and the Government to bring back to this House the issues that were rejected by hon. Members this afternoon, particularly the amendments to the Insurance Act, among many other matters. I hope that the Minister will take it kindly. I would like the Government to take it positively and bring those matters back to this House, so that we can deal with them conclusively. We want to debate and pass them into law, so that Kenyans can begin to enjoy the fruits of good law."
