    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, let me again repeat that we have issued several Press releases asking Kenyans not to register their children for such university programmes. But some of them continued to do that. I would like to say that once this case is determined in court, obviously 3458 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES November 8, 2006 we shall take whatever action we will deem necessary against the proprietors of this institution. As of now, I would like to urge Kenyans not to register their students at this institution."
