    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I do not know where the problem is coming from. What I have said is very clear. The Government requires people to meet the 10 per cent requirement. The KPLC made use of that money in survey and design work. However, it did not connect the same customers. The new conditions that we have today must be met. For those people who had qualified, we are still going to consider them. I believe that we have already done 80 per cent of our work as far as implementation is concerned. What I would like hon. Members to do is to list down the projects that have not been taken care of and table the list in the House. We shall then go ahead to do the necessary work."
