"content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, let me first of all inform the hon. Member that we are already considering his two projects which are Kapcherongwony and Marafa for the Spanish programme. However, let me make it very clear that even today some people are being confused and convinced by others to still continue paying the 10 per cent deposit. The chairmen of these rural electrification programmes still want to go ahead with the old habit of collecting money so that they can have their allowances. I want to assure this House that we are not doing that and if there is anybody asking for 10 per cent from your people, then you should know that he is misleading them. They should not pay. However, we are committed to fulfil what the other Government failed to do and we are going to provide those people with electricity."
